If I want to get all of the data that I have worked with regarding a certain listing, I can do a search for that as well. This is a great feature because I don’t have to repeat myself on getting information about each listing. If I don’t know the name of the person that owns a particular listing, I can search for it right from the website.

It was helpful knowing which companies were in the top 10 for property values in my area. But since then, I have been able to receive an electronic email that provides a monthly report detailing all of the data that I have stored in my database. In addition, I receive information about which of my listings are on the market, which ones are on the market but not active, and which of my listings have been expired.
These are the two main ways that I get more listings done through this service. Of course, when I have access to all of the tools that the website offers, there is no limit as to how many listings I can get done. It all depends on how much time I want to spend working on them. If I want to get more listings done quickly, the free reports are great because they give me a general idea of what my property is worth and how many comparable properties are currently for sale in my area. But if I want to work harder at increasing the number of listings, then the paid services are where I need to be.
